Amfanin Na’a-Na’a Ga Lafiyar Dan Adam

 

Na’a-na’a [Peppermint/mentha piperita or mint] wata shuka ce mai albarka da ake amfani da ita a matsayin maganin gargajiya. Ganyen na’a-na’a kore ne, kamshin ta nada karfi, tana da kamshi mai dadin gaske da filebo mai sanyaya rai.

 

Na’a-na’a nada sinadarin ‘minti’ ( wato ‘menthol’) mai sanyaya rai da lafiyar jikin dan adam. Akanyi amfani da na’a na’a wajen sarrafa wasu kayan amfanin gida da muke siya na yau da kullum, wato kayan amfani da muke siya a kasuwa kamar irinsu makilin (toothpaste), sabullai (soaps), man-shafawa (creams and vaselines), cingam (chewing gum), sinadarin wanke baki (mouthwash) , magungunan shafawa (ointments), da sauransu , saboda kamshinta da amfaninta ga jikin dan adam.

 

Bincike ya nuna cewa, shukar na’a-na’a dai ta samune asali ta hanyar auren-shuka , wato auren shuka mai suna ‘watermint’ da turanci da kuma wata shukar mai suna ‘spearmint’. Bincike ya nuna cewa na’a na’a tazo ne daga kasashen turawa da larabawa. Mutanen wadannan kasashen da muka ambata kanyi amfani da ganyen na’a-na’a cikin abinci da kuma wajen shayi, a matsayin ganyen-shayi (tea leaves) haka kuma, akwai man -na’a na’a ( peppermint oil) da ruwanta (peppermint water) a kasuwa domin amfani na daban-daban.

 

Bincike ya nuna cewa na’a-na’a nada amfani da yawa ga lafiyar dan adam.

 

Wasu daga cikin amfaninta ga jikin mutum sune:

 

1. Tana magance matsalar bacin-ciki da rashin fitar bahaya maisa tsugunni

a bayi.

 

(Ayi shayin na’a-na’a ko azuba manta cikin shayi marar madara.)

 

2. Tana saukake narkewar abinci

3. Maganin tuka

4. Maganin gudawa

5. Maganin mura da tari [da kuma mura mai damun makoshi – wato ‘sore throat’]

(ayi amfani da man na’a-na’a ko ganyen , a tafasa ganyen ayi shayi marar madara

, haka kuma, za’a iya amfani da man na’a-na’a cikin ruwan zafi, ayi turiri,

a lullube da mayafi).

6. Maganin ciwon-kai ( a shafa manta wajen da kai ke ciwo).

7. Maganin ciwon-jiki ( a shafa manta ga jijiyoyin jiki dake ciwo

ko wajen dake damunka da ciwo, zata sanyaya, insha Allahu).

8. Maganin ciwon-hakori (ayi amfani da man na’a-na’a da auduga,

a diga man ga auduga , sa’annan a lika ga hakori mai ciwon).

9. Maganin kaikayi

10. Korar sauro ( a shafa man na’a-na’a ga jiki –

hannuwa da kafafu , sauro zai gujesu)

11. Kashe tsutsar ciki

12. Taimakawa hanta wajen aiki

13. Rage yawan damuwa

– tana sanyaya rai da hana damuwa

( a tafasa ganyen

na’a-na’a ayi shayi, ko manta a zuba cikin kofin shayi , safe da yamma).

14. Tana taimakawa kwalwa wajen rike karatu da

kaifin fahimta (ayi shayi da ganyen na’a-na’a a rinka sha da zuma).

15. Tana sanya girki yayi kamshi – filebo ( ayi amfani da ganyen wajen girki).

Hakan zai taimaka wajen son cin abincin (appetite), musamman ga wanda

baya son cin abinci.

16. Tana maganin ciwon-ciki , musamman ga mata masu matsalolin al’ada.

17. Da sauransu.
