AMFANIN SHAN MADARAR RAƘUMI GA LAFIYAR Ɗan-Adam

 

Madarar raƙumi ko nonon raƙumi (camel milk) sinadari ce mai matuƙar amfani ga lafiyar ɗan Adam. Tsawon lokaci mai yawa Larabawa masu yawon kiwo da Buzaye a cikin sararin sahara sun kasance suna amfani da wannan madara wacce ake tatsowa daga hantsar dabbar taguwa a matsayin abinci abar sha da kuma magani a cikin tafiyarsu mai nisa cikin sahara domin rayuwa.

Taguwa dabba ce mai asali da ban mamaki dake rayuwa musamman a yankunan sahara masu tsananin zafi a duniya. Tsawon lokaci mai yawa , tarihi ya nuna cewa mutanen sahara na amfani da madara ko fitsarin wannan dabba wajen magance matsalolin lafiya na daban-daban.

Allah (S.W.A.) Yasa albarka da waraka a cikin madarar wannan dabba wacce bata da abinci daya wuce itacen ƙaya da ruwa a dajin sahara. Itacen ƙaya da wannan dabba ke ci anyi imani cewa mafi yawansu na ɗauke da magunguna wanda za’a iya samun amfaninsu cikin madarar idan mutum ya sha ta. Bugu da ƙari, ana sarrafa madarar domin samar da wani abinci dake ake cema CUKU ko CUKWI (Camel cheese) .Shin ko ka taɓa ganin harshen raƙumi a mahauta bayan an yanka/soke shi? Da yawa zaka ga ƙaya mai tsawo cikin harshen duk ta soke/lume cikin tsokar harshen saboda yawan cin ƙayarsa.

Binciken kimiyya na nuna cewa saboda muhimmancin madarar raƙumi itace mafi kusa a cikin nau’in madarar dabbobi dake da yanayin amfani kusan irin na madarar ɗan Adam, wato madarar da uwa ke bawa jinjirinta mai roman sinadarai masu yawa da inganta lafiyarsa. Saboda haka ne da yawa ake bawa jinjirin mutum madarar raƙumi wanda baya samun isasshen abinci mai lafiya a wasu al’adun. Abin nufi anan shine, madarar raƙumi ta banbanta da sauran nau’in madarar dabbobi kamar irinsu saniya, tunkiya da akuya kasancewar ta zarce su amfani a cikin jikin ɗan Adam mai amfani da ita (mai shan madarar). Madarar raƙumi na ɗauke da sinadari mai ƙara yawan jini da hana rashin jinin (iron) mai yawa wanda yafi yawan wanda ke akwai cikin madarar saniya har ninki 10 da kuma sinadari mai ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki (vitamin c) wanda shima yafi yawan wanda madarar saniya ke ɗauke dashi sau 3.

Madarar raƙumi na ƙunshe da sinadari mai gina-jiki (protein) mai yawa tare da wasu sinadarai masu bayar da kariya daga cututtuka. Irin waɗannan sinadarai ana samun su kaɗan ne cikin madarar sanuwa idan aka kwatanta da ta raƙumi.
Amfanin madarar raƙumi a taƙaice – wasu daga cikin manya-manyan amfaninta, sune:

1. Tana taimakawa masu ciwon-suga (diabetes). Madarar raƙumi na ƙunshe da sinadaran inganta lafiya da kuma sinadarin INSULIN mai yawa . Masu ciwon-suga zasu more amfaninta ta sosai.

2. Tana taimakawa masu rashin lafiyar OSTIZAM (AUSTISM), wanda wata matsalar ƙwaƙwalwa ce dake bayyana tun farkon yarintar mutum wacce ke hana marar lafiyar yin tarayya mai kyau da mutane – wato haɗuwa da mutane da yin abokanai da kuma sanya sa wuyar magana, tunani ko sadarwa tsananin sa da sauran mutane. Madarar raƙumi nada wasu sinadarai masu sanya mararsa lafiyar su sami sauƙi sosai koma waraka daga wannan rashin lafiyar.

3.Tana taimakawa masu ALAJI (ALLERGY) , wato wani yanayi da garkuwar jikin mutum ke nuna bata son wani abu , musamman abinda bai cika cutar da lafiya ba ko kuma baya cutar da mutane da dama amma sai ya cutar da mutum , yasa garkuwar jikinsa tayi tutsu bata son abin (allergic reaction). Misali, kamar wani nau’in abinci da baya cutar da lafiya amma idan mutum yaci sai yasa shi rashin lafiya, ko ruwan damuna kawai ya sanya ƙuraje su fito wa mutum ga jiki ko ƙaiƙayi, ko warin wata dabba yasa mutum atishawa ko mura, ko kuma taɓa wata dabba ko wani abu ya sanya rashin lafiya da sauransu. Shan madarar raƙumi na magance dangin waɗannan matsaloli a bisa wasu bincike-bincike da aka gudanar.

4. ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki. Sinadarai masu ƙarfafa halittun garkuwar jiki dake cikin madarar raƙumi sun isa suyi yaƙi da cututtuka masu kai farmaki a cikin jikin ɗan-Adam su hallaka cututtukan.

5. Gina jiki da ƙoshin lafiya. Yawan sinadarai masu gina-jiki (proteins) dake cikin madarar na taimakawa wajen girman jiki da cigabansa.

6. Inganta lafiyar zuciya. Madarar nada sinadarai (FATTY ACIDS) wanda zasu iya daidaita sinadarin kolestarol ( CHOLESTEROL) dake cikin jini. Yawan kolestarol a jini nada haɗari, sinadari ne mai danƙo wanda zai iya toshe ƙofofin jinin zuciya (fayif) da take harba jini dasu zuwa sassan jiki (arteries). Idan hakan ya faru zai iya yin dameji ga zuciya. Madarar zata iya rage haɗarin faruwar damejin zuciya, mutuwar sashen jiki da kuma rage hawan jini , da sauran su.
