MAGANIN SAURIN KAWOWA DA KARFIN GABAN NAMIJI.

Wannan maganin Saurin kawowa ne yayin JIMA’I cikin sauki MAGANIN SAURIN KAWOWA DA KARFIN GABAN NAMIJI.

Hanyoyin magance saurin inzali suna da yawa , wasu hanyoyin na yiwa wasu aiki, wasu kuma sabanin haka , don haka ga hanyoyi kamar haka da mutum zai iya jarrabawa domin neman dacewa:

a) Rage ƙosawa/ƙagara. Mai saurin inzali ya kamata ya cire tunanin jima’i daga ƙwalwarsa a lokacinda yake saduwa da iyalinsa. Matsanancin tunani ko kamuwa da yawa kafin fara jima’i zai iya sanya mutum “ya ƙone tun kafin ya tafasa”. Masana sun nuna cewa bujiro tunanin wani abu a cikin rai wanda ba jima’i ba marar daɗi a lokacin saduwa na ƙarawa mutum tsawon lokaci ba tare da ya lura da hakan ba. Ɗaukin jima’i baya biya, abinda zai taimakawa mai matsalar saurin kawowa shine, rage yawan tunanin jima’i ne yake aikatawa, ko kuma ya bar yin tunanin cewa yana yin jima’i ne domin samun gamsuwa wacce iyalinsa da yake sha’awa take biya masa. Ayi hakan safe da rana. Citta nada sinadari mai zafi na “gingerol” mai sanya yawan gudanar jini ga laura , wanda hakan na sanya ƙarfin gaba da jinkirin kawowa.

d) A nemi man na’a-na’a (peppermint oil) mai kyau, musammman ɗan Misra ko na kamfanin Hemani (Pakistan) . A wanke gaba da ruwan dumi , a goge lemar sa’annan a shafa man ga zakari ya shiga fata, ga kai (glans) da tsawon sandar zakari (shaft) , amma banda kofar fitsari (urethra). Musamman a shafa idan zakari yana mike, sai jira bayan minti 10 zuwa 15 sa’annan a sadu da iyali. Man na’a-na’a na rage “sensitivity” na zakari , wato rage kaifin ɗanɗano da zakari keji ta yanda zai hana saurin kawowa lokacin jima’i. Haka kuma za’a iya amfani da man kanimfari (clove oil) mai kyau a maimakon man na’a-na’a. Bugu da kari, man kanimfari na maganin karfin gaba.

e) Fita daga gaban mace na ‘yan mintoci a lokacinda mutum yaji ya kusa kawowa, da kuma fita daga cikin farji da matse kan zakari da hannu (squeeze and pause technique/penis grip) a lokacinda mutum yake akan hanyar kawowa.

f) Bayan kawowar farko, kawowa ta biyu na zuwa da lokaci mai tsawo kafin mutum ya sake fitar da wani maniyyin a karo na biyu. Don haka idan mutum yana son ya daɗe bai yi inzali ba to ya tari jima’i a karo na biyu wanda zai bashi lokaci mai tsawo kafin yayi inzali.
